Dover Trussed Roof Company (DTRC), part of Calldene Structural Timber Solutions, is pleased to announce the appointment of Keith Martindale as its new General Manager, following the retirement of long-standing leader Chris Shelton.

Keith brings with him more than eight years of experience as Production Manager at Paramount Timber, where he was responsible for trusses, joists, and panels across a range of specialist and new build projects. During his time there, he grew the team from 12 to 32 staff, managed complex site logistics, and helped deliver bespoke timber solutions to housebuilders and contractors across the region.

His appointment marks the beginning of a new chapter for the Kent business, which has built a reputation over the decades for quality, consistency, and a close-knit team culture.

Keith said: “Chris leaves behind a fantastic legacy, and I feel fortunate to be joining a company with such strong foundations. I’m excited to build on the work already done here – strengthening our infrastructure, investing in the team, and helping Dover Truss move confidently into the future.”
